Crowdsourced Security (CSS)

Crowdsourced security is a security approach which uses a crowd to discover vulnerabilities in online systems. Some examples include bug bounty and responsible disclosure. Using a crowdsourced security approach, organizations can obtain information about vulnerabilities by enlisting a large group of ethical hackers with expertise in a diverse number of areas including: vehicles testing, mobile (iOS, Android, BBRY, WINMO), hardware, IoT and embedded devices, API assessment, cryptography, source code analysis, social engineering, network pentesting, web application testing, reverse engineering and more.
