Wellness at Bugcrowd

A healthy and happy workforce is essential to our success. That’s why we offer our employees opportunities such as wellness weekends, wellness raffle, and a community channel for celebrating fitness accomplishments and motivating each other.

Wellness days

Bugcrowd offers additional days off beyond holidays each year for employees to step away to relax and rejuvenate. These days off provide a much-needed break, allowing employees to recharge their minds and bodies.

Competitive pay

We target the 50th percentile of the market for general roles and the 75th percentile for highly specialized roles.

Global equity

Our "geo-targeted" approach ensures pay is equitable and competitive across international markets and U.S. regions.

Ownership stake

Every employee is offered stock options upon hire, providing a direct opportunity to share

Pay for performance

We reward high achievers through annual bonuses linked to company targets and additional equity

Tuition reimbursement

All regular full-time employees of Bugcrowd can apply for annual tuition and book reimbursement for courses which are both job-related and beneficial to the Bugcrowd.

Continuing education reimbursement

During the course of employment there may be seminars or classes that are beneficial, but not required, for your employment at Bugcrowd. These seminars, classes, or certifications are considered Continuing Education and a portion of those courses could be reimbursed annually.

Internal enablement team
