MoonPay Launches Private Bug Bounty Program With Bugcrowd
Crypto Payment Infrastructure Platform Launches Bug Bounty Program to Further Secure its Code and Platform
SWIEQI, MALTA—November 30, 2020—MoonPay, the payments infrastructure provider for cryptocurrency, today announced an invite-only bug bounty program led by Bugcrowd, the crowdsourced cybersecurity platform, to maintain and strengthen their platform’s security measures.
The program will allow MoonPay to leverage the security research community to continuously test the security of its platform and reward experts who identify valid security issues. A number of researchers have been selected to participate and help secure MoonPay’s suite of products and services.
As an additional measure, the firm is also launching a vulnerability disclosure program encouraging researchers that are not participating in the bug bounty to find and report vulnerabilities via MoonPay’s website.
